GHIH is using hospital-wide Electronic Medical Record system (EMR). The EMR system is specifically created to fully accommodate your treatment process, including storage, retrieval and modification of prescription writing, clinical and surgical annotation, ordering laboratory and imaging tests and getting test results. Therefore, you will only need Hospital Identification Card (Hospital ID Card) which could represent all about you.

EMR is the most advanced technology to interconnect between doctors, nurses, pharmacists and other healthcare staff for integrated care.

If you are admitted to IPD, your medical information will be assembled during your stay. All test results and discharge medical summary which includes the necessary information about your hospital stay will be given when discharge.

For OPD patient, your medical information will be stored in EMR system and you can get printed medical report. Only need to bring your Hospital ID card for subsequent follow up visits.
